One of Wales’ top short-stay destination’s, the five-star Bluestone National Park Resort in Pembrokeshire has launched a new Visitor Review social media platform to enhance customer interaction.
Branded to match the resort’s website for a seamless integration, the platform, developed by Digital Visitor allows online visitors to upload reviews, images and video of their experiences at Bluestone.
All content gathered on the platform is also being fed through to relevant pages on the main Bluestone website www.bluestonewales.com to encourage bookings and to provide the user generated content that people search for online before booking. Click here to view an example of this…
Since the launch only a few weeks ago, the Bluestone has gathered an impressive 1000 photos, over 100 reviews and has received over 3,000 visits and 10,000 page views.
To promote the launch of the platform and to encourage interaction, Bluestone asked their guests to share their memories by uploading stories with photos and/or videos for a chance to win £500 for the best review.
