Looking to raise awareness of the diversity of its holidays, its core objectives were to build a community of adventurers on Facebook, capture quality customer data for brand use, and increase audience reach while driving more web traffic from social media.
The Family Adventure Company’s Facebook campaign was also covered by 5 influential parent and family bloggers with a combined following of 64,000 – Facebook advertising and blogger outreach are just two more of our specialist skills and essential to social success.
To raise awareness of the Family Adventure Company brand, we devised a campaign aimed at quickly growing a targeted Facebook community of prospective customers. Through a month-long campaign, we attracted 5,000 new page likes, exposing new fans to the brand’s exciting proposition and a wealth of awesome content they had to share on social!
To achieve this, we designed a quiz that enabled fans to discover what type of adventurer they were for the chance to win an adventure holiday for 4 to Andorra. We incentivised this further by securing partnerships with Go Ape and Sea Life Centres to provide additional runner up prizes.
Using a simple entry mechanic to encourage participation, users were educated about the Family Adventure Company’s different adventures through striking images and creative copywriting.
The quiz not only showcased some of the most exciting holidays the Family Aventure Company offered, but provided invaluable data on customer preferences… Some 1,500 customer emails for marketing use in key booking periods.
