Tower Bridge Exhibition and venue hire will shortly be launching a social media solution to enable their customers to upload reviews on their website.
Customers will be encouraged to upload photos, videos and text reviews of their experiences, providing potential customers with the peer generated content they seek before making a purchasing decision.
Provided by social media innovators Digital Visitor, the technology will be branded to match the design of the Tower Bridge Exhibition and Venue Hire website to allow for a seamless visitor journey.
Tower Bridge Exhibition, inside the Most Famous Bridge in the World, is a must see attraction for any visitor to London. It boasts some of the most stunning views of London from the high level walkways and offers a range of activities and special events throughout the year.
Tower Bridge Venue Hire is one of the most unique venues in London for weddings, private and corporate events, with four stunning venue areas, each one a unique and memorable setting for celebrations of every kind.
Tower Bridge Exhibition’s Senior Marketing Executive Chris Earlie said:
“Peer reviews are an important part of people’s decision making process when deciding what they want to do when visiting a city, so we are excited to be working with Digital Visitor to gather an expansive collection of photos, videos and text reviews of our unique attraction. By providing this content on our own website, we hope to be able to help our potential customers visualise their experience with us”.
Simon Jones, Director of Marketing and Co-founder of Digital Visitor, adds:
“Tower Bridge Exhibition is one of the most famous and iconic attractions in London. We are delighted that they have chosen to work with Digital Visitor as they aim to gather their own library of reviews and media content, and really make the most of the national social media initiative with VisitBritain to showcase their attraction to the world.”
