One of the best known organic food delivery services in the UK, Riverford Organic wanted to amplify awareness of its regional fare among an audience interested in cooking and organic food products.
To achieve the best possible outcome for Riverford, we proposed to collect quality audience contact data and increase social engagement rates, thereby supporting its ongoing marketing and sales activities.

With the collection of qualified phone numbers and emails integral to campaign success, we crafted an on-brand, interactive application designed to sit within Riverford’s Facebook page.
Offering users the chance to win a holiday for two and trip to the famous Riverford Field Kitchen, our app captured the contact details and dietary preferences of over 2,500 potential customers, achieving a total reach of 250,000.
Once entered, fans were then given an insight into their preferences and more information about Riverford’s organic food offering. This secondary engagement resulted in over 1,000 organically nurtured social actions – shares, likes and comments.
To ensure the success of our campaign, our delivery team was tasked with running a social media advertising campaign to drive targeted interest in our central lead generation application.
Employing a mixture of eye-catching imagery and thought-provoking copy, this advertising campaign proved hugely successful. In total, our adverts achieved 160,000 impressions and an average CTR of 3.47% (compared to an industry average of 0.52%).
