I know that we will all benefit from sharing our respective insights and experiences and learning from each other.”

ALVA represents their members to Government, media and business. Through regular events and knowledge sharing ALVA helps their members to continuously improve their visitor experience.

Of the announcement, Digital Visitor Co Founder Simon Jones said, “It’s incredible to be involved with so many outstanding attractions. As someone who has managed attractions and now works on the agency side, I think there is a lot of valuable knowledge to be shared from both sides. We have the unique privilege of getting to know each attraction and their unique challenges which has been fascinating and has allowed us to share our expertise.”

Digital Visitor recently won ‘Best Digital Agency’ at the prestigious Travel Marketing Awards and works with visitor attractions including Royal Museums Greenwich, Zip World, BA i360 and The Silverstone Experience.
