We’re an aspiring B Corp, and are fast becoming the UK’s leading nature experiences platform, with over 250 partners secured since our soft launch last year as well as the fantastic opportunities presented by our partner, the RSPB. To support us in growing the business and our move to the next level, we’re now searching for the newest member of the Naturebreak team.
Who we’re looking for:
To succeed as our new Marketing Manager, you will be an ambitious and proactive self-starter, who is adept at working independently, and within a fast-paced environment. You will be encouraged to come up with solutions to problems and new ideas, and will be trusted to be able to deliver these. As well as being a strategic and creative thinker, it is crucial that the successful candidate has first-rate digital marketing skills and enjoy delivering marketing activity. Essentially, we’re looking for a great ‘doer’, as well as a thinker.
Finally, we hope you would have an affinity for nature and the natural world, and want to make a positive difference to the industry and our planet.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will not only be an adept broad digital marketer, but will also have a good knowledge of SEO and content creation to aid in improving Naturebreak’s search engine listings and overall website performance.
The position will also assume responsibility for Naturebreak’s social media and email communications, engaging and liaising with our audiences and partners.
Additional skills that you may have that would be highly valued include PR, social media advertising, marketing technology and tourism industry knowledge.
Within the role, your core responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Marketing and communications management and delivery
- Customer and partner communications delivery
- Social media marketing
- Email marketing
- Digital advertising
- Marketing campaign management
- SEO strategy implementation, management and success
Required Skills and Experience:
- At least five years of digital marketing experience
- Proficiency in SEO tactics and strategies, including keyword research and on page and off page SEO
- Previous experience working with a CRM system and/or email marketing softwares
- A good understanding of social media platforms and advertising channels
- Social media marketing and management capabilities
- A proven track record of marketing success
- Previous experience writing marketing communications material
- Excellent organisational skills and confidence in communicating with customers via both email and phone
