Digital Visitor picked up the ‘Best Digital Agency’ award at the 11th Travel Marketing Awards in London on Monday this week. The award recognises a Digital Agency which has displayed great understanding and success in the travel sector.

The Travel Marketing Awards have set the standard for marketing excellence in the travel industry and have established their reputation as the most coveted marketing awards in travel and tourism. The expert panel of judges included Ruairidh Roberts, Head of Travel for Google. President of the CIM Travel Group, Richard Carrick said: “Our industry has the strongest brands, highest quality products and best qualified marketers – and this year’s Travel Marketing Awards fully reflect this.”

Anthony Rawlins, Managing Director of Digital Visitor was thrilled with the win. “2018 was an incredibly busy year for us, with big projects for Royal Museums Greenwich, Visit Britain, Zip World and Japan National Tourism Organisation. Winning an award like this gives our team a moment to get together and celebrate the exceptional work that we’ve done. We’re looking at another big year ahead for ourselves and our partners.”

Picking up the award at the event was Laura Hartley, Client Services Director. “As a digital agency that specialises in leisure and tourism this really is the biggest accolade we could receive and it’s so rewarding to be recognised. We work tirelessly to deliver the best results possible for our clients so the award is a real testimony to the hard work and creativity of our teams. Here’s to more in 2019!”.

We are also thrilled for Debbie Flynn and her team at Brighter PR who brought home an array of awards, including Best PR Agency. Digital Visitor works with Brighter across a number of clients, including Jordan, Dominica, Belize and Taiwan. Digital Visitor Co Founder, Simon Jones, commented “As well as having high expectations on ourselves we also demand the best from our partners and we were delighted to see Brighter Group scoop the top awards of Best PR and Best Representation Agency. We have a great partnership with Brighter and were thrilled to see them recognised as well.”
