Great Rail Journeys is a UK based tour operator specialising in holidays by rail and a new client for our social media agency – we’re running a Facebook campaign for them, which has been specially designed to gather valuable customer insight while increasing audience reach and activating the brand’s existing Facebook fan base. As an added incentive to engage with the campaign, users will be entered into a draw to win a luxury break for 2 people to Brussels (staying at the Pullman Brussels Midi Hotel) with 5 runners up receiving copies of Dorling Kindersley’s new publication The Train Book.

The Family Adventure Company offers family adventure holidays and the Facebook campaign we’ve spent the past month creating for them involves a short quiz about users’ family travel tastes. Based on their answers, they are directed to a results page revealing whether their family are Active, Cultural or Wildlife Adventurers. The prize is a family adventure to Andorra – an 8 day trip for 4 which includes flights from London, plus accommodation, transfers, most meals and activities – or runner-up prizes which are tree-top adventure tickets for Go Ape and family tickets to Sea Life. The campaign runs throughout October – T&Cs apply.
